Moments in Décor, Namibia's premier supplier of décor loves creating the best and most engaging events for everyone, no matter the budget, and we want to share this passion with you, by offering one lucky winner the opportunity to host the event of their dreams with our amazing service.

We are offering one lucky winner the opportunity to host their event, using our amazing decor.

Whether your kid's party, a bachelorette event for your friends or simply a special restaurant dinner with someone you love, with this prize you can add to your occasion with our help!

All you have to do is show us your passion for your event by sharing our page on Facebook and telling us your favourite colour.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. The winner will be selected by Moments in Decor at their sole discretion.
  2. Competition entries must be received on or before 31 March 2019.
  3. Competition entrants must be at least 18 years old.
  4. The competition winner will be announced by 30 April 2019 to the email address provided in the acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  5. Each individual is allowed only one entry.
  6. The event has to take place before 30 June 2019.
  7. The event must take place in Windhoek.
  8. Décor, setup and collection will be provided for a maximum of 20 people.
  9. The décor provided will be invoiced to the client and a credit of not more than N$5,000 shall be made to the invoice.
  10. The N$5,000 credit shall apply only to decor owned by Moments in Decor.
  11. The event will be subject to all customary event terms and conditions used by Moments in Décor
  12. Selection of all decor shall be at the discretion of Moments in Décor.
  13. Should the winner request décor worth more than N$5,000 or any décor that Moments in Décor does not hold in stock shall be charged to the client.
  14. The client is responsible for all damage to items provided by Moments in Décor.
  15. The prize is not exchangeable for cash.
  16. The prize is not transferable to other parties or individuals other than the named winner.
  17. The event décor provided is subject to Moments in Décor normal customer event booking procedures.
  18. The credit for décor provided is only for in-house stock - meaning stock owned by Moments in Decor and available in stock.
  19. The client agrees for Moments in Décor to market the event social media.
  20. The client agrees to allow a photographer nominated by Moments in Décor to photograph the event and agrees for Moments in Décor to publish the event and those pictures on social media.
  21. The client grants Moments in Décor the permission to use the likenesses of all attendees in a photograph, video, or other digital media in any and all of its marketing without payment or other consideration.
  22. The Client understands and agrees that all photos will become the property of the Moments in Décor and will not be returned.
  23. The Client agrees for their email address be added to the Moments in Décor email list and the Client agrees to receipt of promotional and marketing emails from Moments in Décor.

CANCELLATION

Moments in Décor reserves the right to alter or cancel, without prior notice, any of the arrangements relating directly or indirectly to the supply of décor under this prize for any circumstances.

LIABILITY
Whilst every effort will be made to achieve agreed delivery, Moments in Décor cannot accept liable or be held responsible, financial or otherwise for any occurrence outside of the company’s direct control.
You agree and acknowledge that Moments in Décor is not responsible or accountable for any personal injury or negligence resulting from use of décor supplied. Supervision of the event remains solely the responsibility of the Client.
